Supporting Vodafone's launch of the Palm Treo

Vodafone marketing came to me with a brief to support a major handset launch and promote Vodafone’s business email offerings.

There was a fair bit of info to get across. Because the CMS was inflexible and microsites were off limits, I produced a piece of interactive content in Flash to slot into the main content area of a page.

Here’s what I did:

  • Worked with marketing and product teams to establish positioning, key messages and calls to action
  • Created a decision tree to help users choose the best email option
  • Drafted the content structure, wireframes and functional spec
  • Sourced imagery and wrote copy
  • Liaised with internal dev team to get it built
